About the Church
The Smalininkai Church of St Joseph is a Catholic church built in 1935 in Jurbarkas district. The church building is of masonry, with a small tower and a rectangular-plan churchyard. Somewhat earlier a Catholic chapel had been established there, and the building was later used as a filial church. The church is renowned for its Portiuncula feast (atlaidai), and its parish priest is Kęstutis Pajaujis.
