About the Church
The Roman Catholic community of Kabile is in the village of Kabile, on the Riežupe river, in the Kuldyga area, in Courland. This mission community belongs to the Liepāja Diocese.
The Catholics of Kabile have no separate church of their own – services are held once a month in the local Lutheran church, when a priest comes. The small community is part of the missions of the Liepāja Diocese that sustain the Catholic faith in the villages of Courland.
