About the Church
The Pašaltuonis Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary is a wooden church of vernacular architecture, built in 1890 at 12 Tauragės Street in Pašaltuonis, Jurbarkas district. It has 2 towers, 3 altars and a rectangular plan. In the church's churchyard stands a two-storey wooden bell tower, and in the cemetery a historic organ installed by an unknown craftsman can be found. The church is an architectural monument.
